FITNESS ZONE - SWIM

In its 10th year, this community-based programs supports the early development of critical life skills and healthy lifestyle choices. Weekly pool sessions incorporate warm ups; skill building through progressions (water safety rules, breathing, floating, and mobility in the water); group games and fun challenges. Participants are buddied up with high school student volunteers for additional support and optimal social engagement.
