HAPPY FEET WALKING CLUB
The Happy Feet Walking Club meets weekly on Monday mornings to walk the Uxbridge Trails. They touch base via Zoom on Wednesday mornings to track their distanced walked, discuss the benefits of a regular walking routine and share other exercise opportunities in the community.
The Happy Feet Walking CLub made some tracks starting in early November and to date, they have walked nearly 25km! Their goals are to cultivate an enjoyment of walking and to encourage members to make time for this healthy form of exercise in the beautiful outdoors. Happy Feet members are becoming familiar with Uxbridge and surrounding area trail system while practicing healthy tips to optimize the walking in the company of others.
Sessions: January 4 - March 8
