FITNESS ZONE GYM
Fitness Zone GYM provides the opportunity for participants to engage in a regular exercise program with their peers in a safe and fun environment with the friendly support of trained staff and volunteers. Individualized exercise programs, complete with a visual resource of each fitness station will allow the participants to build confidence and independence as they move through the structured, repetitive circiut each week.
Evidence-based studies indicate a direct correlation between regular physical activity and reduced stress levels of anxiety, nervousness and apprehension, these often asscociated with developmental challenges.

FITNESS ZONE SWIM
This community-based programs supports the early development of critical life skills and healthy lifestyle choices. Weekly pool sessions incorporate warm ups; skill building through progressions (water safety rules, breathing, floating, and mobility in the water); group games and fun challenges. Participants are buddied up with high school student volunteers for additional support and optimal social engagement.
